Help with sexing of around three month old silkies

Can anyone help me if these are boys or girls? I will post the pictures in order there are five of them. Thank you!
1. Hey Hey- tan
2. JC- grey
3. marshmallow- white
4.Gizmo- grey (smaller)
5. peep- white (smaller)
And if ones a rooster- any takers in Central NJ

Always hard to tell with young silkies
But marshmallow looks like it might be a rooster.

I think you are right because marshmallow is challenging other chickens- But the most comfortable with people. Might have to give him a tougher name ; )
