Help with sheep.....

What would make a grown ewe wheeze, rattle and be very weak? We recently acquired a poor sheep and she is showing these symptoms.

Sounds like pneumonia....I would have a vet come look at her. Hope she makes it! Let us know.

I agree on the pneumonia, and I would also isolate her from your other animals. especially your other sheep. It can be quite contagious.

Yes,,,,upper resperitory (sp) going on there. I would have a vet look at her, she most likely will need some anti-biotics. Poor girl, let us know how she makes out.
