Help with sick turkey!

My turkey has a swollen wattle & I'm not sure how to treat it. It is more swollen on the right side and his his head is not affected. He seems to be eating & drinking fine. I'm hoping someone has some suggestions. Thanks

Have you checked for an impacted crop? Looks like the esophagus is completely packed with feed to me. Is that what it feels like?

Other than that, I don't know.

Check for a bite mark of some sort.
