help with the back button

For the last week or so, everytime I hit the back button I return to a page from that day (about 10 days ago). I can't go check out a thread and then hit the back button and go back to that day's list of recent posts, I have to continually hit the recent posts link??? Anyone else having this problem? And how do I fix it??

I have never had that problem but once you post something you have to click on the index or recent post to get anywhere. You can't hit the back button. Maybe someone will be able to help you with this.
