Help with the Gender of my 2 EE!

New to BYC and have been looking at other threads but am unsure of the gender of my 2 EE! They are about 8-9 weeks old, and the brown one (brownie) makes sounds that do not sound very hen like! Brownie is also kind of a bully! My white and black one is so pretty and i'm praying to the chicken gods that whitey will be a she! Please help me get to the bottom of this !

Alex! do you know why brownie would be making weird almost cockerel type of noises !

Hmmmm....that's a tough question.

Before I answer, can you please describe the noises you're hearing?

A deeper clucking sound. And then on occasion another like almost like seagull sound hahah it's like a horn. Just weird and funny but I wasn't sure if hens make those sounds !

Awwwwww....cute!

Sounds normal to me. Some pullets naturally have odd voices, like one of my sweet little bantam girls who basically honks deeply and crunches.

Okay I hope so because they are so sweet and pretty ! I'm hoping for pullets but I'll love them no matter what !
