Help with the sex of my little one

Welcome to BYC! It's great to have you. That chick is far too young to sex.
White Leghorn X Silkie will not be a sex linked cross, regardless of the the Silkie's color. The Leghorn's Dom White will take over the plumage completely. The genes that cause dark legs in Silkies are not sex linked either.

Edit: I stand corrected. Thanks for posting that link @fancychooklady. I had no idea Id was sex linked. I need to start reading up on leg color...

No worries, I too was unaware of this until I went looking out of curiosity.

I guess you learn something new everyday.

Hello, and welcome to Backyard chickens! You have a cute little chicken there, regardless of sex! I do not know much about sex-linkage. Here is a little graph that kinda helped me understand it:

Have fun on Backyard chickens!

Thanks everyone I have not explained myself very well and hope you are not all losng patience with me.
My chicken does have black spots on the skin of its body. I know the Rooster is pure Silkie and bought the leg horns as pure but perhaps they were not after all.
Could that expain the black skin spots?
Thanks again.
Last question about that chicken I promise.
