Help with this baby?

A friend is helping me hatch some chicks with her incubator, and just messaged me about one of them. One of the last ones to hatch seems to be having problems. This is what she wrote:

"Ok this little guy hatched fine but is making no attempt to walk around. I've pulled him out to see if he would walk. Whenever he goes to use the leg that out straight he falls over. "

Any suggestions about what is wrong? Is that spraddle leg or a slipped tendon? Can I do anything to help it? I appreciate any help, these are my first batch of chicks. Thank you!

Does he keep his leg like that all the time? That's not so good... but I don't really have experience with that... I think it does rather look like spraddle leg though.
I doubt trying to treat it like spraddle-leg could hurt. Try this site?:

Is he eating and drinking?

He died shortly after coming out of the incubator, but thank you .
