Help with Tiagard

What can I use to get my chickens to drink water with Tiagard in it? I put 1 tablespoon tiagard and 1/3 cup sugar to 1 gallon of water and they aren’t drinking it.

Dosage is 8 ml per gallon, so it may be mixed too strong. A TB is twice that much. Here is some info on Denagard which is the same as Tiagard:
