Help with tissue mass on hen

Noticed this hen with some poop stuck to her so brought her in to clean up. She has a mass connected by a very small bit of tissue that seems to be causing or is part of a prolapse. When I got her cleaned up, the entire thing still seemed light/flesh colored, but now has a bit of a darker look about an hour later. Any thoughts on what can be done? I can try to take better photos if anyone has some advice.
