I had put turkey eggs in the incubator 7 days ago. From the start i had set in my hygrometer and put the water in my hygrometer would not go above 35 and my research showed ideal humidity at 55%. I added water 3 different times with no chance i thought was way too much water as there were droplets on the top incubator so went and bought new digital one rather than old school one. New one showes humidity at 80% taking old hygrometer out it never changes so it was broken. I quickley after 2 days and finally figuring out opened up incubator and soaked up as much water as possibly could and opened my vent holes. My temp stayed at 99.5 for most part except when trying get water out. My question is they have been in now for 7 days is will that high humidity hurt them? Or should they b fine. I am now setting and the 55% humidity. Also candling i cant honestly tell this first time with turkey eggs. Ive tried googling for the egg day chart like what u can gind with chickens and ducks to kno what ur looking for and what day but have had no luck with finding much of anything for candling turkey eggs.
