Help with Turkey FFA project

My daughter is raising 6 turkeys for her project. They are all growing well. However they have a bald spot on their chest. Last year judge said that was a “burn” and she got subtracted points. How to we help fix this? A salve?

Have a solid partition over the lower 4ft of fence so they don't rub.
