My favorite speckled Sussex is coughing and congested. The tylan box says 50mg/ml injection. I don't want to screw this up. I have her separated in a crate with towel over it and in my heated barn. She's alert, but feathers puffed up and quiet.....not her usual sassy Sussex self :( Thank you for any input.

I do 1ml ORAL once a day for a average size chicken, but have been told I can do it twice a day----once a day has always worked and I have not had a sick hen lately to try twice a day. I know some inject, but Oral has always worked great for me--I draw it out the bottle with a needle---remove the needle and ease it into the back of the throat---holding its head up till it swallows---usually happens in a second or two----I have had over 1000 chickens at one time so I had one once in a while that needed some attention.

This morning I found numerous other chickens are "coughing" too......what should I be treating them with? I'd like to treat the entire flock at this point. They look listless and some have bubbly eyes with wheezing.....help.
