Help! Worms???

Hello, new here. We have a partially blind chicken whose keep in a crate inside. I was cleaning out her crate, and heard a fart and she did this (photo below) on the floor. All of the orange specks were moving.

Her vent is clear, she’s completely fine and all her poops before and after have been clear.

So, what ARE these? I wanted to say tapeworm but I don’t think they are! Has anyone had these before? And if so, how do you treat these?!
 
If I'm not wrong I'm noticing tapeworm proglottids(the white ones) about the yellow ones looks like maggots, it could be flystrike, but I don't have too much experience but you can look it up until somebody with most knoledge can help you out.

They are either tapeworm segments or flukes. Purchase Equimax equine paste at a feed store or TSC.
Dosage is 0.03ml per pound of weight or 0.15ml for a 5lb chicken given orally to the infected chicken.
