I have been asked to write a letter of recommendation for a young man who is applying for scholarships. this is what i have so far. any thought or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It is not only with great enthusiasm, but with no reserve what-so-ever that I recommend HG for any endeavor he may choose. Without any doubt in my mind I believe that HG will be a valuable asset to any organization. He has demonstrated admirable leadership skills. Many of his peers have sought his advice, and many have shared with me their appreciation of his pleasant, encouraging attitude.

HG is an enthusiastic young man. He is a hard worker, knowledgeable on so many different subjects, and most importantly passionate. He is genuine individual. HG is very friendly, upbeat, and a joy to be around. He has a positive outlook on life, along with a great attitude about life.

In all honesty, I believe any organization would be better off with HG as a part of their team. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at ########.

Looks good.

Umm, I believe the word whatsoever should be written as one word, without hyphens.

I would change "with no reserve" to "without reservation", simply because the first way is a bit confusing.
