Silkie hen, yellow in poo, blood found on roost overnight, bloody yellow bottom

The blood source could be If it has been picked at by the flock mates or herself. Give her an Epsom salt bath. Then try to remove any of the crusty stuff (poop) after the bath. Pat her dry to get an even closer look to see if her vent is prolapsed.

It's winter here so too cold for bath now but could do just bottom though I've had bad experiences with bathing a sick chicken they got worse and died

Bright yellow looks like egg material to me and it's smelly, she hasn't laid for a over a month since being broody (broke broodiness)

Do you feel comfortable with trimming the feathers under her vent? Possibly use damp paper towels to clean the blood in the other feathers as not to submerge in the water. Blow dryers on low work great to dry them off.
