HELP! Yellow and blood backside!

Hard to tell what's going on without you cleaning her up, washing the vent and the yellow material away.
She may be prolapsed, could be frozen poop/egg material and/or injury from vent picking.

Is there a way you can bring her in to wash up her bottom, take some photos. Blow dry her well.

General care is to apply an oil/ointment, triple antibiotic ointment, honey, sugar pack, anti-inflammatory cream, etc. to the tissue of the vent. If it's prolapsed, then it needs to be kept moist.

Can you keep her inside to treat. A prolapsed vent can take a while to run its course. Two or three soaks a day at first applying the items @Wyorp Rock suggest then repeat. It will get better if this is the situation. It looks hopeless at first. If I can do it, then anyone can. My girl laid three eggs during her time in the infirmary, and it corrected itself.

We don't have laundry or kitchen (renos) so I can use some warm water and clean her bottom as best as possible without wetting her too much. I have trimmed a little around the vent but don't want to get her cold. I have triple antibiotic ointment.

I usually put a bit of warm water in a dish tub, tote or bucket.

Do you have a hair dryer that you can use to dry her wet vent feathers when you're done? Getting her dry would be important if it's cold.

Triple antibiotic ointment is fine.

I tried cleaning her up a little and took pics. I've dealt with prolapse before but I couldn't get it back in on this hen and I didn't want to force though should I try to force it? Yellow stuff kept coming out when I try 😢

Keep the tissue moist with your ointment if it won't go back in.

I'd get some Calcium Citrate into her (1tablet daily). The yellow looks like egg yolk, can you confirm that?

Do you have any antibiotics on hand like Amoxicillin, Baytril, etc.?
I have calcium with vitamin supp in water.
How do I know for sure it's egg yolk? It's yellow like yolk.
yes I have antibiotics, it's one to use in water so do I alternate between Vit and antibio or both together?
