Help! Yellow foamy poo

I have some 5 week old black copper marans and today noticed poop like this? I just started letting them free range some with the other chickens, is this normal or do I need to worm them. They are on dumor 24% chick feed and have been since hatched.

The dropping on the left looks like a cecal poop. How are they acting? Do you have chick grit available for their age to help them digest grass and foods other than chick crumbles. The picture on the right is hard to see, but if you see any blood or see a chick acting lethargic and not eating, I would pick up some Corid from your feedstore and treat for coccidiosis. I can give you dosage. I would not worm 4 week old chickens.

OK, Thank you! Yes i do have some chick grit. I figured since they are in a pen with dirt floor (they have a heat lamp in with them) that they didnt need it but i will offer them some.
