I just got 4 young hens from a poultry show type event. All four seemed perfectly healthy at first. 3 days later, I noticed the youngest Orpington has slightly swollen eyes, watery, with bubbles in one of them. Doesn’t have a bad smell per say, she is eating and drinking fine but might be a little cold from being outside. I have separated her from the other new hens and therefore the rest of the original flock. I have also applied some eye drops. She is not sneezing, wheezing or has any trouble breathing and also has no mucus or discharge from her mouth or nostrils. None of my original flock members or other new hens have any similar symptoms at all. I am very worried that this is something serious and I will do anything to keep her from being culled.. if she does recover, would it be a bad thing still to put her back with the others?

I agree with Lady of McCamley. It sounds like Coryza or Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG,) or maybe both.
Either are very contagious to other birds. Keep in mind that respiratory diseases can be spread via your hands, clothing, shoes etc.
If you're willing to spend the money treating it for the rest of its life, be prepared to eventually treat the others as well.
You'll need a sulfa drug such as sulfadimethoxine in conjunction with tylan 50 to treat the sick hen.
A prescription from a vet to get sulfadimethoxine is needed. The tylan 50 can be bought at Tractor Supply or feed stores might have it. Make sure you check the expiration date.
