you can wash the eyes with saline eye wash..
there is an antibiotic eye ointment you can get at most farm/feed stores..terramycin eye ointment..apply a few times a day..

are they wheezing?
are the eyes swollen?
any swelling of the head or wattles?
are they eating and drinking as usual?
describe droppings..color and consistency.
have they been exposed to dusts?
(coop dust and dander/ammonia fumes, etc..lawn/garden chemicals)
what bedding are you using?
could be if it's been raining and they are cooped up..it's the bedding/coop dusts/ possible molds..
is the coop well ventilated?
