HELP! Zelda's Hurt!

Zelda, our Rhode Island White, was attacked by a neighbor's dachshund this morning and got all her bum feathers pulled out. There are a few puncture wounds as well. She is our best layer (large dark tan eggs) and she is a sweetie and the first to come up when the girls think I have treats. I don't want to lose her. We washed her as well as we could, peroxided the wounds (which didn't bubble), and put antibiotic cream on the wounds. She'll be staying inside until she makes enough progress so that the other girls won't finish what the dog started. Any other suggestions?

Think what you have done is great...only other suggestion is get some anibiotics to give her orally, (Via dropper syringe) from a vet, other than that, wait and see, sure shell will be fine.
