Help!!

Hello! okay, so I just wanted to know if any one knew if I can own chickens, in "Fresno ,Texas" I've tried searching but its just so confusing. garrr!!!
Can someone please just tell me 'yes' or 'no'.?
I currentlty have 2 roosters, 3 chickens and 2 ducklings. Also all the neighbors around me own chickens and there is this one that owns cattle and goats.
I'm looking forward to getting goats ....so that could help.
Please tell me, I don't raise chickens for meat , just for fun! (pets)
and I also wouldn't plan on raising goats for meat just for milk, and pets

I couldn't find it web ferreting around. Probably because it's such a small town.
Try your county's Agriculture Extension here: http://fortbend.agrilife.org/
I would call them at (281) 342-3034.

They should know. -- If they don't know, they could tell you who does.

Call your county zoning office and see what you're zoned for. If everyone around you has it you likely can too.

Thanks, I asked my friends dad (he works for the government) and she said yeah we can own livestock
