I don't think she has curled toes. She walks like a person walking on knees. She does not stand up, just moves her whole leg. Is that spraddle leg?

Spraddle leg the legs stick out to the sides. Like this (This is an extreme case, many aren't to this extent.)

Possible a pulled hock?? Which I have never experienced.
