I'm sorry I don't know the breed, is it possible that they should have black beaks and hers is just coming in? Does she have a bad odor around her face and nostrils? I am wondering is perhaps some decay is starting. You may want to post on the "emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures," thread. Has she been dust bathing and maybe her black areas are dirt and can be wiped off?

Welcome to BYC! I'm glad you joined us! :) That is not a breed characteristic. I think that's just some dead skin, but just in case, you might want to post in the "Emergencies/Diseases/Injuries and Cures" section. Also, your birds are Booted Bantams.
