Hi I am Erika and I have a chick that hot attacked and looked like something bit her on the back almost close to her vent and I need help I don't know if I should put her inside or leave her out side then I thought she died cuz there was a whole thing of feathers on the ground and duckie no were and little man my rooster is 21 weeks old and is leg has no feathers on one leg but he is fine the injury is not that deep but it bled and I don't want duckie to get sick or anything WORSE can u guys help me and we put hydrogen peroxide on it and medical treatment on it and put her back out side in the coop they are sleeping right now but she is standing up in the coop and I don't think she is sleeping help me plzzz

She is probably less stressed in the coop, that is where she feels at home. Where and when we're they attacked?

I was not there I was at school and my mom could not find them and in front of the coop but then they were out in underneath the shed

so it was during the day. I would consider keeping them locked up until you can be home to supervise. Whatever attacked will probably try again.

Yes that's what I said she is in the house right now sleeping and eating and drinking and injured isn't bleeding anymore and I will lest her get some air tomorrow but the problem is that my other three fight I have two roosters and one hen cuz big roo tries to shows who's boss

I would find a way to seperate the roosters. Can you put a screen between them in your coop? another shelter you can use?

There fine right now I let them out in the run and I heard a noise and thought it's was Phil attacking but no he was saying there was danger a HUG baby eagle came by and tried to get my chickens but then flew way cuz I was there and know I know who hurt duckie yesterday

Yeah, little you can do about attacking birds other then keeping your chickens covered.

Yes and duckie is better we put littler rooster in the house so duckie can talk and not. Be lonely but then we put him back out side cuz he lost lots of feathers for that baby eagle and there all unsaid and I left the run door open
