Welcome to BYC. Can you describe what is going on? Is there swelling under the skin? What are your brooder conditions?

Make sure they are in a large enough brooder pen with dry pine shavings as bedding. Stir it daily and add new when it gets soiled. That one definitely has skkn irritation. Keep everything clean and dry, by raising their waterer to shoulder height using boards or bricks.
