i have a hen who is stubborn on her nestt i tried moving her and the eggs to a safe place and she just went back to the other nest
when the chicks hatch i am afraid they might fall if the running around to much. She chose the top nesting box that barely as a ledge and the hens normally fly up to it. Its probably a three foot drop to the poop deck. What can we do. I also have other hens laying under her which is a problem as the eggs arent chicken eggs and a fragile (quail eggs).
