This is my first hatch.one of the chicks has this brown and orange thing hanging off its butt.
There is one healthy looking chick and 4 unhatched eggs still in there what do I do?

How's the chick now as I see you posted over 9 hours ago? It is sounding like its nit quite absorbed all the yolk sac. You can pop them into a cup to try and stop them from rupturing the sac and fingers crossed they absorb it.
