    First time hatching here.

I bought a Hova-bator 1602N. It came with the thermometer and I also bought a thermometer/ hygrometer. I mounted the digital one on the inside of the incubator and had it stable before I put the eggs in. Once I put the eggs in I then set the thermometer that came with the incubator on top the eggs. It's been 5 days now and I was going by the digital reading but today I noticed how much of a difference the two were. I just don't know which one I should go by. The one sitting on top the eggs or the one on the side ?!
