HELP!!!

This is my first time hatching and it's 5 guinea eggs. Two have hatched (yay!) and two more had piped and began zipping last night. But the zipping hasn't progressed any in 5 hours. I can see one chick moving but not the other, and they're not cheeping. Is this normal? Do they need assistance? HELP!!!!

Update: I caved and intervened. I'm afraid one of the chicks is dead - there was no sound or movement as I helped it zip. The other chick cheeped away at me the whole time! But as I chipped the shell, the white membrane was chipping off too - it's not acting like the other eggs. Is the membrane dried out? Should I help the chick out of the shell completely? This is what it looks like right now.

He has the egg rocking but he can't seem to gain traction...

I finished breaking him out - sure enough he was shrink-wrapped. Seems to be okay though. Sadly the other chick was dead. It looks like he ruptured a vessel when hatching. There was a lot of blood and he never absorbed the yolk.
