Okay. I've been looking, and I see that cocci can present as both blood and mucous in the poop. Are you sure it it is water and not mucous?

It wont poop its been in the box for almost 35 minutes. and now its standing and resting its head on the ground an falling oner and laying with its feet up and head turned around so the bottom of its head is on the floor of the box.

I hate to say this, but it sounds like it's dying. Would be best to get it in a warm box, like 85-90 degrees.
