'Restoration' is another term that might help........look for 'historic home restoration'.
Might be someone in your area that could start a chain of references leading to someone who manufactures/fabricates it.

You might want to look for a place that makes or sells wooden moldings. If they don't already have the design what you want, maybe they can make some by your order specifications?
