Help! I started incubating 3 months ago and have only had two live cicks. All of the other ones died in shell with major deformities. I had a professional come and look at incubator and she couldnt find anything wrong it. What are wromg with my eggs???

much more info is needed to begin to try to help.....For example.....Have all the eggs been from your own flock? What specific defotmiyies did you find in the eggtopsies? At whay day did it appear the chicks ceased to develop? What brand and model incubator do you have? Are you hand or auto turning? What temperature and humidity did you maintain?
Those are just some of the details that will be needed

All eggs from same flock. Raised the flock since they were 3 days old. The deformities are intenstines and organs outside of the body. The one barely pulled out, but he did. Humidity in 70 and temp in 90 range.

They also seemed to decease the last 3 days before 21 days.

Humidity too high and Temp too low..
I run Humidity at around 50% till lock down..Even around 40% depending....
Temp set at 99.5
At lock down I up it to 60%
That works for me....
