I noticed today that my one hen was lethargic and not acting like herself. I checked her out and noticed that she has mucus around her vent. She is also vomittig and has watery bloody stools. I thought maybe "thrush" but with the bloody watery stool
And some blood in the throw up I'm really unsure. She was fine yesterday....we don't know what to do. Not sure on her age as we got them off of a man who was moving last year and couldn't take them with him.

If you could save a few fresh droppings on Monday, you could call afew local vets to see if they would test them for worms or coccidiosis. She also could have swallowed something that has caused damage inside to cause bleeding. I would bring her inside in a crate or basket with food and water to watch her closely. Check her crop to see if it is empty, partly full, soft, hard, or puffy like a balloon. Does her breath have a sour or bad odor? Is she taking some water?

She has very bad breath and her her crop feels empty.

Normally sour crop causes a full and puffy crop along with a bad or sour odor. I really worry about her having something seriously wrong, such as a tear in her crop or elsewhere in her digestive tract from swallowing something sharp, or something like cancer. If possible, I would get her to a vet. Try to get her drinking some water so she doesn't get dehydrated.
