Okay, thank you. The thing is that they are all kind of bullies to the chicks. Their are two rode Island Reds that are meaner than the rest.

If you need to. Your run should probably double it's size to make enough room for everyone. Even putting out more food and water stations and some ( t post ) for them to roost on during the day
