i have 6 hens, one chicken is bullying one of the other hens. She bites and tortures her. I dont know what to do. Could it be the pecking order?

Try taking the bully hen out for a couple days and then put her back in with the other hens. That way she will be bumped to the bottom of the pecking order.

Agree with TexasSam and Lavender Ro. That hen needs a timeout! I have a problem with aggression in my 'peaceful' community fish tank.
