My chicken started having diarrhea that is a flat yellow in color. She’s had it for almost 7 days after cleaning her up she seems a bit lethargic. On day 6 she was isolated and on day 5 I started administering probiotics/oregano and a dewormer. I also noticed her crop feels squishy but not full. Can chicken with sour crop have yellow diarrhea? I also was told to start corid. She doesn’t really want to walk around much

It would not hurt her to start her on Corid for possible coccidiosis, but she may have something reproductive going on, such as egg yolk peritonitis. Crops can slow way down during an illness. Has she lost weight when you pick her up or feel of her keel? Can you try some Nutri-Drench or chicken vitamins, and get her to drink water, and eat some chopped egg or feed moistened with a lot of water. A tsp of plain yogurt daily for 3 days may help. Does she lay eggs anymore? Egg yolk peritonitis can cause varied symptoms, including weight loss, runny poops--sometimes yellow from egg material or E.coli infection, lethargy, weakness, walking oddly or preferring to lie down, and a poor appetite. They can live with it for some time, but there is no cure, even with antibiotics. Trying the Corid or getting a vet to perform a fecal float for worms and coccidia tomorrow might be a good idea. Here is some reading about EYP:

I am going to weigh her tonight. She hasn’t layed an egg for quite some time. She’s not very old maybe 3. I’d say it’s been 3-6 months since she last layed.
I started her on corid last night.
Just want to give her a chance before I can’t

Also this afternoon she still had runny poo but there was white in it and less yellow!

White is urates, the kidney waste. Hopefully, it isn't egg yolk peritonitis, but it is very common in todays hens. I would continue the Corid for 5-7 days just in case.
