Hi everyone. I am needing some help with a young chick that got injured this afternoon. She is roughly about 3 to 4 weeks old now on Americana chick that I believe was attacked by one of my older hens when the young chick got into the older hens pen. She has two small Injurieso one on her back closer to her middle area, and one on her right side. But she is unable to stand or walk I am not sure if it’s because she is just traumatized and having a hard time or what. She has feeling in both legs she is able to slightly grip with both toes. But she only wants to lay on her left side

That sounds more like trauma/shockiness than anything else. I'll assume you have her isolated, but if you move her to a warm, dark place (like a closet or the basement, if you have one) she should recover faster. You can give her electrolytes to drink to keep her better hydrated and help her recover quickly. Don't force her to drink, of course!

Recipe is
2 qt water
1 tsp baking soda,
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp corn syrup or sugar. (corn syrup is preferable. People also use molasses, but it's a diuretic, so I don't.)

Good luck!
