HELP

I need help. A chicken left 10 eggs in my house and I made an incubator to save them. It worked now they’ve hatched but one was backwards and the membrane was gettin hard and dry so I helped him/her. Now there’s a little red thing on its but and I don’t know if it’s intestines or some5ing I’m scared because it’s happy and moving but it has that thing, I also cut the umbilical cord and it was fine, no bleeding. HELP

I don’t know if you can see it, it’s a little red and black now. Is that normal?

I can't see it super well... but looks like it will be just fine. Some times a little bit pokes out... and somehow they are still OK.

It looks like the naval just isn't quite closed all the way, I have had this happen on occasion. I usually just dab a little bit of antibiotic ointment (without pain reliever added) on and watch it. It should be just fine, just keep an eye on it.
