Should i worry about this? Its red and its poking out of its butt

Has this chick been pasting up? Does it peep madly as it squats trying to poop? The photo is blurry, but I think I can see a swollen vent.

If that's the case, give the chick about half teaspoon of coconut oil and smooth a little on the swollen tissue.
