I am having trouble keeping my homemade incubator regulated. The humidity is too high and temp too low

Without having more information, I'm guessing you need a hotter heat source.

Can't make out what you're using for a heat source ... Are you using an aquarium with the hood light? You need a better heat source. Is there ventilation? What day are you on?

What is the light on top?
What kind?
Can you lower it?

What is the temp and current humidity level?

You can try putting something underneath those trays to raise the eggs up higher to the lamp.......

Are those towels wet?
Take them out completely.
Lay the eggs on the bottom of the pan.

Its an aquarium with a shop light and a grated hood. I am on day 1

If the light hasn't gotten up to 100 degrees yet you need to get another light bulb..that is not going to work.
