If your laws mention "livestock", you might already be in some hot water as chickens often fall under that broad category. Hope that's not the case.

There is always space for more members on the BYC roost! I am sorry to hear about your problem, what is the size of your lot? Maybe you can talk the situation out with your neighbor.
