Sometimes antibiotics will help with respiratory disease/illness. Sometimes they do not.
Maybe your vet can swab her throat and test to see what's going on too.

I agree, you should probably take her to a vet and see if they can figure out whats wrong. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.
