Help!!

I had 6 Guinea keets they are about 3 weeks old. This morning I went to put fresh water an food in there pin and 2 was sick I separated them from the rest and about 4:20 1 passed away the other one is just laying in front of the heat lamp not eating or drinking. It's like he/she cant walk or hold its head u... can someone please help the other 4 are doing fine eating/drinking

At 3 weeks old it could be coccidiosis. Try treating them with Corid.
