Help!

My big roo ran after a new crested poland I have and he flew into a fence and broke off a good part of his top beak Will it grow back? What can I do? Hubby has been building him a different coop and run, but is not finished!

If it's bleeding i have heard that flower will help stop that in a pinch but i would be carefull not to block her breathing.
