Im currently injecting my chickens in the breast with tylon. When I inject one particular hen and pull back on the plunger, creamy white liquid pulls up into the syringe. I can restick her and the same thing happens. Any thoughts or advice???
 
Why are you pulling back on the plunger when it's in the chicken? Is this something I don't know about? I've never given my chickens a shot of anything, but if I did, I think I would not pull back on the plunger until it was out of the bird.

Can you post some photo of what the breast tissue looks like?

As mentioned, injectable Tylan can be given orally, so I would start doing that instead of injections. Are you giving injections 3 times a day? You may have injection site necrosis, but it's hard to know. Hopefully @Eggcessive will chime in.
