this little guy is still alive one of my broody hen did this. notsure why wss thinking they already think they have enough babies. what should i do ti save it?

I know I have seen threads in the past about a heating pad and crockpot to keep them warm

Keeping him warm is a start. Though that looks like a lot of blood. This chick looks like it isnt even ready to hatch yet. In my opinion, id just wait and see what happens, and keep it warm.

yes I do just got it pluged in. can you tell me what degree. in both metric and standard please, thanks

It should be 99-100f. and about 37 c. Does that help? Thats the temp I use in my incubator if someone else knows a better temperature please correct me.
