I've been given this chick to keep mine company but seems so much bigger I know nothing about it can any one tell me anything?

I recently had a single chick hatch out and needed flock mates. I could only find week old chicks for him and it worked out great. They are all great friends.

So I've found out it's about 5 weeks old 4 weeks older then mine. will this be ok? I have no other info on it tho apart from some kind of bantom. can I tell the sex yet on it ?

Are they getting along okay? If so, it will work.

As long as the older one doesn’t take to bullying the younger, and they have space (your brooder picture shows space) and food/water, they’ll get along. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t try to fight or anything.
