I am a first time chick mom. I hatched 7 ameraucanas. The first one that hatched sleeps all the time and when it's not sleeping it cries constantly. They were all born on the same day and are 5 days old. All the other chicks are growing and running around. But the little one is staying super small. I'm giving it sugar water and electrolytes every 5 hours. The temperature in the broader is warm. I just dont know what else to do.

I'm so sorry. I agree with sourland. My go to vitamin supplements for chicks are Nutridrench for poultry and Polyvisol WITHOUT iron which is actually a liquid baby vitamin that can be found at most drug stores and even some grocery stores just in case the Nutridrench isn't readily available to you. I have heard of the occasional stunted growth chick pulling through and either catching up in size or sometimes staying small but still eventually thriving. I hope that's the case for you but failure to thrive may be unavoidable. Fingers crossed your little one pulls through!
