Any ideas on the sex of this chick it's about 3 weeks old not sure about the breed but its some bantam?

I agree with @MGG, it's still a little to early to tell. Some cockerels will show within 3 weeks but not all, and I don't see any clear evidence yet. Post some more photos in 3 to 4 more weeks!
