Help!!!

My homemade incubator has been running at 97 for an hour and a half I put towels over it to help get the heat up but will my eggs be ok?.
P.S I’m on day 3

They should be just fine. It actually takes a long time for the eggs internal temperature to fall enough to kill the developing embryo.
